Dear Armer Family,
As Thanksgiving approaches, we’re thinking about the people who make this work possible. The volunteers who give an evening after a long day. The businesses that open their doors to help. The donors who choose something special for a child they may never meet.
We’re thinking about you—and we’re grateful.
When a child faces a serious medical condition, so much of family life can revolve around appointments, treatments, and waiting for answers. Your kindness helps make room for comfort, connection, and moments of joy along the way.
Looking Back at October With Gratitude
October gave our community several meaningful ways to come together:
- Wreaths & Wine for a Cause: Our October 17 and 24 gatherings combined creativity and giving. Thank you to everyone who joined us to make something beautiful while supporting the children and families at the heart of our mission.
- Our Second Annual Trunk or Treat: On October 29, we partnered with Banner Desert Children’s Hospital for Halloween fun. To everyone who decorated a trunk, donated candy, volunteered, or joined the celebration—thank you for helping make space for childhood joy.
- Armer Allies: We also shared our new monthly giving program, offering supporters a way to stand beside families throughout the year. That steady commitment helps us plan for the next family who needs us.
Every gathering, donation, and volunteer hour begins with someone deciding to care. Thank you for making that choice.
Help Us Make the Holidays Brighter
Our Holiday Toy Drive runs November 16–December 18, 2026, and we invite you to help bring a little holiday happiness to children and families navigating difficult medical journeys.
A thoughtfully chosen gift can give a child something to look forward to. It can offer a moment of play, a little comfort, and the feeling that someone is thinking of them.
Would your business like to collect toys?
Bring your employees, customers, and neighbors together by hosting a collection box. We’ll coordinate box delivery and donation pickup. Contact [email protected] or 480-257-3254 to participate. We welcome new, unwrapped toys and gifts for all ages, including teenagers.
