Armer Foundation For Kids is a non-profit charity, dedicated to easing the financial burden of families with children suffering from extreme medical conditions. The funds that we raise directly assist these families with medical bills, treatment, and household expenses.
Any child under the age of 18, diagnosed with Cancer (any type) or an extreme medical condition such as Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, MLD, Perthes, etc., is eligible for consideration by the Armer Foundation For Kids.
The child must be a U.S. Citizen and a resident of the Greater Phoenix Area.
All Sections of the Application must be accurately completed in order to receive consideration for financial assistance. INCOMPLETE or UNTRUTHFUL applications are valid for grounds for Denial or Termination of Assistance.
Financial Assistance is provided on a case-by-case basis by our Board. Monetary amounts are allotted based on the current caseload and availability of funds.
ONE RECENT COLOR quality photo of the child and ONE RECENT COLOR family photo (high res 300 dpi) must be included with the application.
A brief summary of the child’s medical journey in a Word format which will be used on our website and social media postings.
Once the application is fully completed and signed, send directly to our office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include one recent color quality photo for the child, one recent color quality family photo (high res 300 dpi), and any utility bills or other invoices you would like assistance with.
